This course is designed for candidates who are interested in professional chef training but are not sure if they wish to take a 3-6 month course. Whether you have little or no experience in a professional kitchen, you will learn knife skills, meat and fish categorisation, various cooking techniques and how to use the latest equipment used in professional kitchens.
